Leading and yielding to pressure, helping horses learn boundaries and responsiveness.
Desensitization exercises to reduce fear and build confidence in new environments or around objects.
Flexion and balance exercises to improve coordination, suppleness, and body awareness.
Building focus and communication between horse and handler, ensuring clarity before advancing to riding or advanced training.
